What should my first step be in contacting Spection?

The only true way to know for sure is to contact us and have an initial discussion. You never know if you never reach out and try.

How long does it normally take for a Spection team member to get in contact with me?

Currently, someone from our team will most likely reach out to you within 24 hours. If this changes in the future, we will be sure to update that information here, at that time.

From start to completion, what will the process look like for us working together on a project?

All projects start with a quick questionnaire and discovery meeting so we can form the best design direction for you. From there, you will receive the brief and a project-specific timeline so you'll know exactly what to expect going forward. Our process contains some check-ins and approval along the way to ensure your design shines to both you and us.
